Our comprehensive IT Support contracts are designed to be flexible irrespective of the size of your business and not "One size fits all".
Our IT support proposals are deliberately straight forward because we believe in transparency and simplicity.
Grey areas of support/cover are a potential disaster area so our pre-contract audit would highlight any potential issues in supporting your systems.
Our Total Support Contracts cover all of your IT infrastructure even if you have separate maintenance cover for specific hardware and software items.
We would liaise with your other maintenance providers to ensure that your systems stay up and running.
Total Support Contracts cover :
Existing Hardware
Labour to configure existing equipment
Labour to support and diagnose problems
Labour to monitor performance
Labour to repair or replace defective items
Labour to reload the system in the event of hardware failure
*The cost of any replacement hardware may be additional.
Existing Software
Labour to configure new and existing users
Labour to support and diagnose problems
Labour to provide guidance
Labour to install updates and fixes
Where no resolution
is possible, we will provide advice, consultancy and
assistance in procuring an alternative solution or
workaround to the problem.
New Hardware and Software
Labour to install new hardware and software will be free of charge if purchased from ourselves (mileage charge may apply**)
